چکیده
To determine the area of glass formation in system As2S3-ErS were synthesized alloys range concentrations 0-30 mol. % ErS. The methods physico-chemical analysis differential-thermal (DTA), X-ray phase (RFA), microstructural (MCA) analyzes, as well measurement microhardness and density determined studied them physic?-chemical propertes. It is established that on basis As2S3 during slow cooling reaches 17 Alloys concentration 20-30 ErS are glass-crystalline. In at room temperature solid solutions distributed up to 2.5 mol.% ErS, practically not installed.
